Front Desk Instructions and Authorized Guests (Residents)

The Front Desk Instruction feature allows you (the resident) to communicate authorized guests and general instructions, such as mail hold requests, to your leasing office or front desk - all through your ActiveBuilding account! This article will walk you through how to successfully submit an authorized guest and a general instruction. Note: If you do not see his option in your account please speak with your management about enabling this feature.

Submit an Authorized Guest

Step 1

To add an Authorized Guest go to My Dashboard > Front Desk Instructions.

Step 2 

Click Add Authorized Guest > Fill out the "New Authorized Guest" form. When finished click "Submit".

 

Submit a General Instruction

Step 1

To add a General Instruction go to My Dashboard > Front Desk Instructions.

Step 2 

Click Add Instruction > Fill out the "New General Instruction" form. When finished click "Submit".
