Submitting an Online Payment (Residents)

This article will walk you through how to make a recurring or one-time or payment in ActiveBuilding.

 

There are two different views shown below for submitting a payment and your view depends on your property management's configuration.

VIEW 1

Step 1

Go to My Dashboard > Payment Center > Make a Payment.

Step 2

If you have never made an online payment in ActiveBuilding before you must add a payment account before you are able to submit a payment. To add a payment account click Add New Payment Account > Fill out Payment Account form > Select "Save".

 Step 3

            One Time Payment: To make a one-time payment click “Make a Payment” > Fill out the One-Time Payment Form > Once completed click “Review and Confirm Payment”.

 

            Recurring Payment: To set-up recurring payments click “Setup Recurring Payment” > Click “Schedule a New Payment” > Fill out the Recurring Payment Form > Once completed click “Review and Confirm Payment”.

 

VIEW 2

One-Time Payment: Go to My Dashboard > Payment Center > Make a Payment > Complete steps 1-4 to step up your one-time payment.

 

Auto-pay (recurring) Payment: Go to My Dashboard > Payment Center > Add New Autopay > Complete steps 1-4 to set up automatic (recurring) payments.
