Approving Access Requests

 

For properties that are not on resident sync, residents can request access to join the portal instead of registering via email. Staff will then be able to approve or deny access to residents. This article will go over this process.

Step 1

To approve access requests to the site, log into the portal and go to My Dashboard, then select Access Requests.

Step 2 

In the Access Request module, you will automatically be viewing any pending access request. You can Approve or Deny access with the corresponding buttons.

Step 3 

You can also view previously approved or denied access requests by selecting these options from the drop down menu.
