Troubleshooting Online Service Requests (OneSite Users)

This article will explain how to troubleshoot online service requests for properties that manage them from with the RealPage service request widget.  

If a single resident receives an error message when trying to submit a service request through ActiveBuilding it could be because their online service requests are disabled in OneSite under the resident profile tab. The box needs to be checked in order for the resident to submit a service request.

If multiple residents are advising they receive an error message when attempting to submit a service request from the portal, ensure that 'Online service request' is checked from the CrossFire section of OneSite.
