In order for residents to make a payment, they must have a resmID listed in ActiveBuilding. If the resmID is empty in ActiveBuilding, residents will receive the following message:
First, to find the resmID for the resident you will need to look under My Dashboard > Resident Management > select Resident whose resmID is missing > Under Basic Information, Corporate ID. Please contact email@example.com to add the resmID or you can find the resmID in the Contact Level Details Report in OneSite. Once added the resident will be able to make a payment.
