Syncing Resident Emails between OneSite and ActiveBuilding

Step 1

The ability to sync resident demographics from OneSite to ActiveBuilding in real time for unregistered residents is already in place under My Dashboard > Resident Management > Sync Resident. More information about sync can be found by hovering over the '?' icon next to the Sync Resident button.

Step 2

Once the information is synced, a new invite will need to be sent if the email changed. To do this select Re-send Invite > Invite.

Step 3

Currently, only emails can be pushed from ActiveBuilding to OneSite in real time. Registered residents can update their email under Account Settings.

Step 4

To save the email, the resident will be need to confirm their password.
