Entry Log Guide

Keep track of visitors that enter the building with our Entry Log! This article will cover how to enable the entry log, how to log a visitor, and how to view the entry log archive.

ENABLE ENTRY LOG

Step 1

To enable the Entry Log in your portal go to My Dashboard > Application Settings > Modules & Features > Entry Log > Toggle 'On'. Fill out your desired settings then click Save Changes.

Tip: Visitors are able to sign in using your existing signature pad at the front desk with the 'Entry Log' module.

 

LOG A VISITOR

Step 1

You are able to log a visitor by going to Quick Links > Log a Visitor.

You can also log a visitor by going to My Dashboard > Entry Log > Log a Visitor.

Step 2

Fill out the Log a Visitor form > Click 'Submit'.

Step 3

 To view a list of all current visitors or sign a visitor out, access the "Entry Log" in the Operations column of My Dashboard.

 Tip: You are able to set your visitors to auto-expire by checking the option in the Application Settings.

 

ENTRY LOG ARCHIVE

To view an archive of past visitors, access the "Visitor Archive" tab:
