Changing the Status of Service Request with Apple Device

The newest version of the ActiveDesk app is now optimized for all Apple devices. 

Step 1

To update the status of a service request, first select Service Requests.

Step 2

Select the service request whose status you want to change.

Step 3

To change the status select the status of the service request in the upper right corner. Next, select the status. Note: Once a status has been selected the resident will be notified of the change in real-time.

Step 4

The updated status will appear in the upper right corner.
