Navigating RealPage Payments, Service Requests and Online Renewals in ActiveBuilding

The goal of this overview is to familiarize staff with how RealPage payments, service requests and online renewals within ActiveBuilding are synced with OneSite.

Staff View - Staff will manage RealPage payments, service requests and online renewals from OneSite. 

From the My Dashboard drop down menu, if a staff user selects Service Requests or Payment Center they will get a notification directing them to visit OneSite to manage.

Resident View - Registered residents will be able to utilize RealPage payments, service requests and online renewals from their portal under their Quick Links or the My Dashboard drop down menu. If a resident is unregistered, you can re-invite or sync resident info and re-invite.

Resident Sync - OneSite syncs resident move ins/outs/transfers with ActiveBuilding daily around 6am local time. Only registered current residents will have full access to the portal. Extended access is accessible for approved applicants and former residents as well. 

Mobile Site /ActiveBuilding iOS App - Residents can also access payments, service requests or manage their lease on their mobile device! If a resident clicks the icon in the upper left corner they can access these features by selecting manage.
