This article will explain the workflow residents will take to submit a service request for properties that manage service requests from via the RealPage Service Request integration.
To submit a service new service request or to view requests based on their status, click Submit a Request (boxed in red on the screen shot below) under Quick Links (please note, this link is only visible to residents; staff users will not see it).
On the left you can view Current Service Requests (purple box) and adjust view options by request status (open, completed or cancelled) from the dropdown menu highlighted by the blue box. To submit a service request, click Submit a Service Request on the right (orange box).
Fill out the required information and click Submit Service Request.
