To submit a lease renewal or view lease documents click Manage my Lease under Quick Links (please note, this link is only visible to residents; staff users will not see it).
From the Menu at the top you can select My Lease Documents or Renewal.
To start renewal process, select Renewal. Next, choose a renewal offer and select Continue.
Review lease terms, accept and select Continue.
Once a renewal offer has been chosen and lease terms are reviewed, the resident will start signing their lease renewal through DocuSign.
Sign your lease by checking the box to agree to the electronic DocuSign signature.
Once the documents are signed they will appear in ActiveBuilding under My Lease Documents.
