Resolving Payment Error 'You must include a valid Auth Key'

Step 1

In order for residents to make a payment, they must have a resmID listed in ActiveBuilding. If the resmID is empty in ActiveBuilding, residents will receive the following message:


Step 2

First, to find the resmID for the resident you will need to look under My Dashboard > Resident Management > select Resident whose resmID is missing > Under Basic Information, Corporate ID. Please contact to add the resmID or you can find the resmID in the Contact Level Details Report in OneSite. Once added the resident will be able to make a payment.
