Registered users (residents and staff) are automatically opted in to receive Daily Activity Digest emails when they create their account. If you are an enterprise user or you want to check to make sure you are receiving digest emails, follow the steps below. Staff and enterprise users will receive these updates every day even if there is no activity, residents will receive only if there is activity that day (including active packages).
Go to the Account drop down arrow in the upper right corner and select Notifications.
Make sure the box is checked next to Send me a daily activity digest. Users can also receive text notifications.
